Payroll Services for Ohio Employers
We run payroll for clients whose accounting or tax work we already handle. It is a convenience rather than a separate product, and we do not take payroll on its own.
Ohio makes payroll harder than most states. Municipal withholding can apply in each city your people work in, school district tax sits on top of that, and the Bureau of Workers' Compensation true-up arrives after the year it covers has closed. We file the returns, make the deposits and handle those Ohio pieces.
Payroll ranges from a single household employee to full staff payroll, and we will work with you to determine which setup fits. If you would rather use your own payroll provider and manage it directly, that works too. We would only need copies of the payroll returns.

- Employee self-service

Payroll usually runs alongside accounting services, so the wages on the return and the wages in the books are the same number.
